First time visit to NY. We dined on Resette salad, Del Re Pizza (out of this world delicious) and Chicken Marsala. Our server was very good. Food to go back to NY for, and the ambiance was truly Italian. Very warm and friendly place. Definately a must-go-to restaurant.

We stumbled upon this little gem this past weekend. I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The service was fantastic and the food was out of this world. I immediately started planning to hold a customer appreciation event in their private area upstairs.
Incredible place to spend an evening. I came here with my wife and we enjoyed an incredible meal. On top of that, through a special FourSquare offer we even got free dessert compliments of checking-in for the first time. Incredible staff, very delicious entrees and the ambiance is fantastic. highly recommend.
Food and service were very good. My husband and I both had the Chilean sea bass, which was prepared very healthy and was very fresh. The portions are a bit small, but good nonetheless. Our bill was about $130 for two – no wine or alcohol.
Pretty good food for the price. PAPPARDELLE ALLA DOMINICA is a must try! Great homemade noodles with a yummy comforting warm sauce. Great location. Went with a pretty large group for a birthday and they were fast and I think everyone was decently happy with what they got.
My colleagues took me to lunch here for my birthday. Could not have wished for a better restaurant to have a bday meal + cake. MMMmmmmm the food was so good! Everything, from fresh mozzarella and fried calamari to the chicken parm, rigatoni, meatballs, everything. It was on the expensive side, however, so won’t be coming here too much sadly.
This was a pleasant surprise! After trying to decide where to take my BF’s parents before seeing Speed the Plow (post Pivens, “mercury poisoning”), the reviews for Re Sette made it the winner!
Zagat can sometimes be a let down, however this was a solid Theater District dining experience!
A friend introduced me to this little gem and boy am I thankful! Firstly, it’s a refreshing alternative to the area joints where one can grab a drink after work. They have a charming bartender, who really wants to make you happy (Magdalena is the bomb) and some excellent wine selections, good beer selection and a lean mean martini-makin’ machine…aka Magdalena.
The food here is amazing! It’s priced a bit above average (hence the four-star rating) but you will not be disappointed! I really recommend trying their pizza with fig and prosciutto (trust me on this one, really). Their pasta dishes are excellent and if one of their specials catches your fancy…order it! These people know how to make delicious dishes, compliment them with great wines and provide you with the kind of service that makes you feel as if you were at a friend’s home for dinner rather than in mid-town Manhattan’s tourist trap area.

We celebrated a friend’s 40th bday there this past Saturday. The best Italian food I had in a long time! Their bread is amazing. Their pizza is awesome. We loved the sangria. And finally, my veal dish (it was a special) was to die for. It’s covered in cheese and prosciutto and mushrooms. The halibut entree was really good too.
Great service and really good homemade pasta. Best white sangria I’ve ever had. Vodka sauce is really good too.
